The Provincial Grand Master, R.W.Bro. Keith Schofield, GMRAC accompanied by 20 brethren, attended the quarterly communication of Grand Lodge.
W.Bro. Malcolm McCarthy, G.Stwd. once again made all the travel and dining arrangements and he, together with W.Bro. Paul Waring, G.Stwd. looked after us exceptionally well on the train to and from London.
Arriving at Euston around 11.45, we dropped our regalia cases at Great Queen Street and headed to a local hostelry for liquid refreshment before Grand Lodge opened at 2.00pm. After a relatively short meeting, we assembled for a sumptuous late lunch in a private room at Wolfe’s bar and grill, directly across the road from the Grand Temple.
A brisk walk back to Euston and a very comfortable journey back to Manchester, arriving just after 9.00pm.
Everyone enjoyed another splendid day of Mark fellowship and look forward to the RAM Grand Assembly in December.
