It is with regret that we have to advise you that unfortunately the East Lancashire Mark Fellowship ‘Hog Roast’ to be held on Sunday 21 August 2016 has been cancelled due to the damage caused by the recent flooding at Middleton Masonic Hall.

Alternative venues have been considered but none were suitable for the event. In addition the committee were also conscious of the many other East Lancashire Mark Provincial activities in September.

Those who have purchased tickets for the event will be able to obtain a refund by either:

a) Offsetting the cost against the cost of the ticket(s) for the Mark Fellowship Cabaret Evening to be held on 26 November at the Holiday Inn, Bolton.

Or

b) Obtaining a full refund from either the Mark Fellowship Representative who sold the ticket(s) or from the East Lancashire Mark Fellowship Treasurer, WBro.Kevin Reaney.

In both options the ticket(s) must be returned in order to monitor the position.

The East Lancashire Mark Fellowship Committee would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, which has been outside the control of ourselves and Middleton Masonic Hall. We would like to wish Middleton Masonic Hall all the best in their endeavours to return to being fully functional and look forward to a similar event being held there in August 2017.
