Lincolnshire Freemasons donate £75,000 to flood victims in Wainfleet

Following the recent flooding in Lincolnshire the Mark and Craft Masons in Lincolnshire have donated £75,000 to help the victims.

At the Cumberland and Westmorland  Mark Provincial Meeting on Thursday the 20th June, the Provincial Grand Master RWBro Keith Hodgson, presented a cheque for £2,000 to the Provincial Grand Master of Lincolnshire RWBro Steven Hallberg.

He said that the Mark Benevolent Fund and other Mark Provinces had been quick to provide support for Cumbria when the area was devastated by floods several years ago and he was pleased to be able to present a donation from the Province to add to that made by the Lincolnshire Mark and Craft  to the Lincolnshire Community Foundation.
