The Charity Dinner was held at Middleton Masonic Hall on Saturday the 14th September, there were 104 guests dining and the event raised a tremendous sum in excess of £2,000.00 which will be donated to the 2021 Mark Festival. Part of the money was raised by raffle prizes which had been donated by Mark Members, these included a 29” television, a case of wine, bottles of champagne and port and other gifts.

WBro Stan Bibby was responsible for organising the raffle and The PGM drew the prizes  The main prize of the television was won by WBro David Biggs and the Deputy PGM won a case of wine. Music was provided by Sarah Green who played a selection of musical styles on the piano during the meals.

The Chairman of the Organising Committee, W Bro Nolan Morrison is handing over the responsibility for future events to the 2012 Festival Committee.

The Provincial Grand Master thanked him for his efforts in organising the Charity Dinners for the last four years which have helped raised substantial amounts for the East Lancashire Mark Benevolent Fund. W Bro Nolan Morrison thanked his team and everyone who had attended over the years for their support.
