Combine a love of Rugby Football and Mark Master Masonry and what do you get?
An absolutely terrific night out at Rochdale Masonic Hall to attend the Installation of the Rugby Football Lodge No 1965. It was also the first outing for many of the newly appointed acting provincial officers. And what a combination it was. 103 members and visitors filled the ornate Lodge room in Rochdale to capacity and we witnessed Mark ceremonial at its best.
Loved the festive board afterwards and the use of the whistle instead of gavels, creating just the right atmosphere. A few yellow cards were issued by the DC Simon Archer for misdemeanours and possible foul play. A cracking first fixture for the provincial officers of the year. I’m looking forward to more like this.
