On Thursday the 16th October, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, VW Bro Alex Mclaren, presided at the Installation Meeting of Temperance Mark Lodge. He was accompanied by WBro Michael Porter, Provincial Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies.
There were over 30 Brethren present including some notable guests, the current Grand Stewards, WBros Malcolm McCarthy and Paul Waring and the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, WBro Ian Brookes.
The Installing Master, WBro Malcolm Jackson, assisted by the Officers of the Lodge, delivered an impeccable ceremony and Bro Peter Evans was suitably Installed in the Chair. A Candidate was Proposed for Advancement and Bro Evans expressed his delight that he will have some work to do.
The normal, happy Festive Board at Todmorden was enjoyed by all and the Brethren were on their way home around 10pm.

What a great night at the Temperance Lodge race night Saturday 1st. November Organised by Jamie Beninson raising in excess of £ 500.00 all proceeds to be donated to 2021 Festival.
May I congratulate Jamie on a very well organised function. Attracting many people outside of freemasonry, also the families and members of Temperance Mark and RAM Lodges for their continued support.

A RACE NIGHT
Brethren the forthcoming event on Saturday November 1st. 2014 at 7.30 for 8.00pm. . A race night will be held at Littleborough Conservative Club Peel Street Littleborough. Organised by Jamie Beninson of Temperance Mark Lodge. Admission is FREE ! All races and horses have been sponsored. Light refreshments can be purchased at minimal cost. There are some fun and games designed for your enjoyment.
