William Romaine Callender Lodge No.136 had yet another Advancement at our meeting on Tues 2nd October at Bury Masonic Hall.

This year we have been lucky as this was No.3. Sadly our WM was not in attendance due to a family issue, but our faithful DC, WBro Tony Cleworth ProvGStB stepped in and the Ceremony went without a hitch.

Watching the proceedings was our Provincial Grand Master RWBro Alexander Sillars McLaren accompanied by his Provincial Team – a fine body of men !

The evening concluded with a 4 course meal during which the Bury “Fiddly Raffle” was conducted by yours truly and a grand total of £130 was raised from the 34 Brethren present.
