Weather was very kind

Sunday, 26th June at Middleton Masonic Hall, the East Lancashire Mark Fellowship held their annual BBQ day. The weather was very kind to all those who attended this great event. With a total attendance of over 75, including Mark Masons, their partners and non-masons in attendance, including RWBro John Hartley Smith, PGM and his wife Jane.

The St John Brass Band from Droylsden played their hearts out for two hours, whilst the Mark chefs worked hard producing the burgers and sausages baps which went down a treat.

A couple of side stalls were set up selling raffle tickets for various items, with an additional stall selling Masonic regalia. The whole event was very well supported and raised a very fine sum of money towards the Mark Fellowship.
